As the Associate-Director in the Trading department, you will lead the Funds Desk Trading team. Reporting directly to the Vice-Director, you will be in charge of the supervision of the operational activities and the people management in accordance with your senior management. You will be responsible for overseeing the global execution of clients’ orders for online and non-online tradable products, managing orders for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI) clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of trading workflows.
This role involves day-to-day interactions with brokers, counterparties, and as well maintaining client relationships. You will actively participate in projects aimed at improving the trader’s environment and contribute to the fulfillment and updating of internal and external processes.

Process Fulfillment and Updates:
