We are looking for our future **LATAM Desk Manager **to be a key member of the Sales team at Swissquote Switzerland. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail Sales, you will lead and develop a team of sales professionals dedicated to the Latin American market, with the objective of driving revenue growth and building long-term relationships with retail clients.
Operations Management:

Defining and executing the commercial strategy for the LATAM retail segment in alignment with the bank’s overall objectives.

Monitoring and analyzing sales performance (KPIs, conversion rates, client activity) to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Trading, and Customer Care teams to ensure a seamless client journey and alignment of commercial initiatives.

Developing strong relationships with high-value retail clients and key partners across LATAM to better understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client acquisition pipeline across the region.

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations for the targeted markets.
