As People Operations Lead - Switzerland, you will own and deliver day-to-day People Operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant support across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with the Group People Operations Manager to support the transition to a harmonised, scalable One SITS Group model while driving process improvements, HRIS optimisation, and data accuracy. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
Own day-to-day People Operations in Switzerland as the main point of contact for employees, managers, and internal/external stakeholders
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, documentation, leave, and offboarding
Coordinate monthly payroll and oversee compensation, benefits, and pension administration with Finance and external partners
Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, internal policies, and Group standards
Maintain accurate People data across systems such as Personio and Business Central
Drive process improvements and system optimization (especially Personio) while aligning with the broader Group People Operations strategy
HOW TO IMPRESS US
Proven experience in People Operations in Switzerland with strong exposure to local practices and regulations
Hands-on expertise in Swiss payroll preparation, employment contracts, and end-to-end employee lifecycle administration
Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law, particularly in areas such as leave, terminations, working time, payroll, and compliance
Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, payroll providers, and external advisors
Strong proficiency with HR systems (ideally Personio), including data management, reporting, and process documentation
Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and resilient professional with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent proficiency in English and German, both written and verbal, is required
