Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Product Development Engineer for the Technology Center in Thimister/Belgium.

**Location: **We are based in Thimister-Clermont, Belgium.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for the Product Development project activities and for achieving the project objectives.

Design activities such as the creation of design studies, master assemblies and detailed drawings, including related design calculations.

Coordinate detailed design drawing activities globally.

Standardize key design features for the product range.

Create and maintain product documentation such as design catalogues, hydraulic performance curves, product manuals and tools.

Utilize current technologies, develop tools and methods to control designs.

Effective communication with manufacturing entities and Product Management global organization to ensure a collaborative approach.
To succeed in this role, you will need:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years’ industry experience

Fluency in English and French
-
Strong collaboration skills within a global, multicultural environment

Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD tools (e.g. NX, SolidWorks)

A customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate technical needs into solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
