Work location:
Our office is based in Karlsruhe (Brauerstr. 12, 76135), and we offer a hybrid setup (60% remote, 40% on-site on a monthly basis), giving you the flexibility to alternate between working from home and the office.
Your mission

You own the entire end-to-end recruiting process – from role briefings and interviews to assessments, offer management, and successful closing.

You create a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience, ensuring that every interaction with our company leaves a lasting impression.

You act as a trusted sparring partner for our hiring managers, advising them on recruiting strategies, interview techniques, and well-informed hiring decisions.

You define, track, and interpret key recruiting KPIs such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve our impact.

You actively leverage sourcing channels, networks, and talent pools to successfully fill even challenging and critical roles.

You drive the continuous optimization of our recruiting processes, making effective use of digital and AI-powered tools based on data and feedback.

You achieve strong results in time-to-hire and time-to-fill, ensuring efficient and high-quality placements.

The quality of your hires is reflected in positive feedback from hiring managers and candidates, as well as in sustainable hiring decisions.

Your success is also measured by long-term candidate retention over at least 24 months.
Your profile
-
Several years of recruiting experience in a tech environment, with a proven track record of owning the full end-to-end recruiting process.

Confident handling of recruiting metrics and the ability to use data-driven insights to make well-informed decisions.

Strong expertise in interviews and assessments, with a keen ability to identify potential in a structured and differentiated way.
-
A high level of advisory competence, interacting with hiring managers as a trusted and equal sparring partner.

Proficiency in working with ATS systems (e.g. Personio), MS Office, and digital as well as AI-driven recruiting tools, using them effectively to drive impactful processes.

Fluent and professional communication skills in both German and English, when engaging with candidates as well as internal stakeholders.

Introductory call & video interview: In an initial exchange with our VP People & Culture Anna, we align on mutual expectations and take a deeper dive into the role and relevant topics.

Case task & get-to-know-the-team: Following our first conversation, you’ll receive a task from us. We’ll discuss your results together on-site, where you’ll also get to know our People & Culture team better and clarify any remaining questions.
