Information about the work location:
Our office is located in Karlsruhe (Brauerstr. 12, 76135), and we work in a hybrid setup. This allows you to alternate between working from home and working from the office.
Your mission
You are at the heart of our HR operations, bringing structure, precision, and a digital mindset into our processes:

Manage and continuously optimize payroll processes across DACH and Europe (with ADP as external provider)

Ensure accurate, up-to-date, and consistent HR data across systems (e.g. Personio & interfaces)

Actively contribute to the development of our HR processes by introducing your own ideas and independently driving selected topics as projects from concept through to implementation

Collaborate closely with Accounting & Controlling to ensure data and KPI consistency

Act as a contact person for tax and social security related questions

Independently handle absence management in the time tracking system

Prepare reports, analytics, and payroll insights to support decision-making

Support contract adjustments and administrative HR tasks
Your profile
-
Several years of professional experience in payroll and HR administration, ideally in an international (tech) environment
-
Confident handling of HR systems and tools (e.g. Personio, SAP, or similar)

Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with Microsoft Copilot / AI tools is a plus
-
Solid knowledge of tax, social security, and labor law

Strong IT and tool affinity with a clear interest in automation

Excellent written and spoken German and English

Task & Open Questions: Following the initial interview, you will receive a case study. We will discuss your results together on-site, where you will also meet our VP People & Culture. Additionally, we will address any remaining questions. During this step, you will have the opportunity to get to know our People & Culture Team and gain a better impression of our working environment.
