**Work Location: **Remote across Germany | Approximately once per month on-site presence required
Your mission

Initial professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management, Consulting, or in Content Creation, Video Production, or digital learning/training formats

Strong interest in customer-centric work and customer experience
-
Understanding of or interest in Customer Success Management and software products
-
Passion for video creation, content development, and digital learning formats
-
Ability to create content tailored to specific target audiences and aligned with the customer journey
-
Strong sense for quality, user needs, and clarity
-
Structured and self-driven way of working
-
Interest in AI tools and modern content formats
-
Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
-
Optional: Experience in the LegalTech sector
Your profile

Passion for video creation, content creation, and digital learning formats

Strong attention to quality and detail

Structured and independent way of working

Interest in AI tools and modern content formats, ideally you already have initial experience working with and using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT

Initial experience with video editing or content production is a plus

Optional: legal background or interest in Legal Tech

Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

**First interview: **You will then meet our VP Customer Service & Support to dive deeper into the role and relevant topics.

**Second interview: **You’ll visit us at our headquarters in Karlsruhe and get to know part of your future team (also possible remotely).
