Your mission
-
Independently and systematically expand a defined business segment (industry) for the go-to-market strategy of our product “Amberlo” in Switzerland

Analyze market and customer potential and identify opportunities for customer and industry strategies

Acquire new B2B customers through to contract closure and beyond, including regular revenue reporting
-
Develop tailored customer solutions during the sales process (solution selling) through analysis and consultation of customers and prospects
-
Expand the sales network and identify cross- and upselling potential
-
Build, manage, and further develop the partner channel in Switzerland in close collaboration with our external partners
-
Conduct customer meetings and presentations (digital and/or on-site)

Work closely with Product Management to continuously enhance the product

Manage the sales pipeline and maintain customer data in the CRM system
Your profile
-
Successfully completed degree in business administration or commercial training
-
Several years of professional experience in B2B sales (solution selling / SaaS) or comparable experience
-
Experience with common CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics
-
Strong affinity for new customer acquisition
-
You already have initial experience working with and using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT
-
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken

Willingness to travel (inter)nationally for trade fairs, customer visits, and internal workshops

Digital introduction: A 20-minute meeting with our recruiter to align mutual expectations

Digital interview: You will meet our Business Unit Lead and dive deeper into professional topics and the role

Case & presentation: After successfully completing the interview, you will receive an assignment to present in the next meeting
