Your mission
We're looking for a Local Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing across our French parks. You'll be the person who makes sure every park is visible, competitive, and generates leads locally — from Google Business Profile to OOH signage to local PR. This is a role for someone who likes owning the full stack: strategy, execution, and reporting.
You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and commercial teams, but you'll have real autonomy over how you drive results on the ground.

Brand & Local Presence — Own the local brand experience across all touchpoints: signage, OOH, in-park materials, and Google Business Profiles. Ensure everything is on-brand, accurate, and optimised

Campaigns & Promotions — Plan and execute local campaigns tied to discount periods, occupancy targets, and seasonal demand. Track leads, CAC, and ROI

New Park Launches — Lead go-to-market for new park openings: page setup, local ads, OOH, and pre-launch buzz to hit occupancy targets from day one

Content & Social — Manage a local content calendar: social posts, blog content, and community-relevant storytelling

Events & Partnerships — Build an event calendar and represent Storage24 at local events and B2B networking opportunities

Local PR — Drive PR opportunities, manage press relationships, and grow our share of voice in the French market

Performance & Reporting — Track and report on local KPIs (traffic, leads, CPL, funnel conversion) with clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Competitor Intelligence — Monitor local competitor activity, pricing, and positioning. Feed insights back to the wider marketing and commercial team
Your profile

Strong written and spoken French; working English for cross-market collaboration

3–5 years of experience in local, field, or regional marketing

Strong hands-on experience with Google Business Profile management and local SEO

Comfortable running paid and organic campaigns across search, social, and offline channels

Experience with campaign performance tracking (GA4, HubSpot, or similar)

Ability to manage multiple parks/locations simultaneously and prioritise based on data

Self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do

Experience in self-storage, real estate, or facilities
