Your mission
As a Senior Senior technician you are the subject matter expert for plant availability - resolving complex technical issues that exceed standard maintenance scope and serve as a mentor for the technical team
Responsibilities

Expert Troubleshooting**: **Diagnosis and repair of complex malfunctions in automated systems (PLC, Robotics, Mechanics).

Preventive Maintenance**: **Optimizing maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtime.

Continuous Improvement**: **Implementing technical modifications to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Mentoring**:** Providing technical guidance and on-the-job coaching for Junior Technicians and apprentices.

Project Support: Assisting in the installation, commissioning, and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) of new machinery.
Qualifications

**Technical Decision-Making: **Defining the method of repair and selecting appropriate technical components or spare parts.

Release Authority: Final sign-off and re-commissioning of machines after major repairs or maintenance intervals.

Procurement Request: Authorization to request spare parts and external services within a defined budget.

**Methodological Authority: **Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and establishing technical standards for the workshop.
