Coordination and management of all involved stakeholders (influencers, clients, creative team, production, paid and social team)

Creation of campaign analyses, client presentations, and reports on influencer and social media campaigns

Development of creative briefs that serve as the foundation for the creative team’s execution of the strategy, as well as annual strategies, new strategic/communicative approaches, and complex strategic frameworks for our clients to further develop their communication strategies

Insight analyses on target audiences, competitors, benchmarks, strategic, societal, and cultural trends, including concrete strategic recommendations for action

Responsibility for and execution of influencer marketing campaigns (monitoring, scheduling, cost, and quality control)

Planning and development of an overarching strategic concept based on analyses, with a particular focus on performance goals in social networks such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Extensive experience with social media analysis and management tools

Strong knowledge of KPIs and the ability to use them strategically for well-founded recommendations

A keen sense for trends and the ability to utilize social listening and analytics tools to monitor and evaluate market movements, competitors, and audience insights

At least 4-5 years of experience in social media strategy, ideally in an agency environment

Passion for TikTok and Instagram, with a deep understanding of what works on these platforms

Responsibility for developing and presenting well-thought-out social media strategies, as well as creating Google Slides presentations and creative briefs in collaboration with the creative team

Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
