Perform聽scheduled maintenance and service visits聽to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Diagnose and repair issues, responding to聽emergency service calls聽and implementing effective solutions.

Support聽new customer installations, ensuring proper setup and calibration.

Provide聽training to customers聽on the safe and efficient use of dosing equipment and hygiene solutions.

Stay updated on聽industry trends聽and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners.

Collaborate with聽sales and technical teams聽to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Experience in聽electrical maintenance聽and聽mechanical installations.

Strong聽problem-solving skills聽and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Willingness to travel across Greece (up to聽two weeks per month).

Basic knowledge in聽Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Fluency in聽Greek and English聽(written and spoken)

Experience in聽customer-facing technical support.

**Electrical **qualification or equivalent.

Valid, clean聽B-category driving license.
