Spending 90% of work time in the field, driving high-impact customer engagement, business development activities, and strategic stakeholder interactions.

Actively participate in local and international congresses to strengthen scientific exchange and market presence.

Support Sobi Romania Commercial objectives, acting in full alignment with the Commercial Lead Romania’s direction and priorities.

Cooperating with other team members within the Hemophilia, Immunology & Specialty Care (local and CEE) and country management to ensure integrated execution.

Accurately collect, manage, and report field insights, ensuring effective use of CRM and consistent application of KAM principles.

Provide clear, timely reporting to the Commercial Lead and management, contributing to the successful implementation of local portfolio strategies.

Contribute to the implementation and execution of the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with local customer needs and market dynamics.

Delivering the tactical deployment of the SOBI global business plan, adapting where needed to reflect local strategic priorities.
