The role is located at our HQ in Stockholm, reporting to HRBP Lead. It is a Hybrid role during Sep-26 to Sep-27.
What you will do:

Partner with leaders to align People & Culture priorities with business goals

Lead HR initiatives and change management programs

Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent, performance, and development

Analyze HR data, share insights, and recommend actions

Act as ambassador for HR processes, tools, and employee lifecycle topics

Coach and support leaders and employees

Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to improve HR practices

Strengthen the People and Communication team with your knowledge and partnership
