We are looking for an HR Retail Trainee to support our HR Manager Europe in the daily management of our retail teams across 10 countries and around 40 stores. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
What you will do:

Assist in daily HR administration: act as a link between stores and payroll for contracts, amendments, and employee departures etc.

Provide support to retail teams on HR-related requests

Participate in monthly payroll checks and administrative follow-up

Support recruitment processes: posting job ads, updating recruitment platforms, preparing employment contracts for new hires

Occasionally contribute to various HR projects such as training, annual review follow-up etc.
