WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT FOR US
You will join SimCorp's Global Customer Programs team, which owns SimCorp's virtual and in-person customer engagement programs. This is a high-visibility role at the heart of how SimCorp connects with its clients, prospects and partners — and your work will directly influence brand awareness, event engagement, and pipeline conversion.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Own end-to-end delivery of SimCorp's global webinar program for clients, prospects and partners - driving audience engagement and measurable conversion outcomes

Manage internal and external stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects, maintaining clear timelines and priorities

Plan and deliver smaller EMEA-hosted events independently, from logistics through to post-event reporting

Track, analyze and report on event and campaign performance, using data to continuously improve audience reach and engagement

Ensure consistently high quality and service standards across all client-facing touchpoints
WHAT WE VALUE

Proven experience managing events end-to-end, including webinars and/or live events

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and competing priorities

Excellent written and spoken English — all marketing activity is delivered in English

Experience working in an international environment

A data-driven mindset — comfortable using performance metrics to evaluate and improve campaigns

Familiarity with event management platforms such as Teams webinar, Cvent, Slido, or Mentimeter

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments
