UK Office Based Account Manager OBAM Farmer – JG 6
This Sales role is to pioneer a newly built commercial team to nurture virtual commercial expertise. You will grow in a highly energetic and passionate team offering Shell customers a full suite of fleet- and/or road transport solutions, helping them to decarbonize their mobility requirements.

Become an expert in mastering tele-sales in the field of fleet mobility & road transport, focusing on today’s market needs and boosting Shell’s Decarbonisation ambition of a more sustainable future.

Key Deliverables (Sales ScoreCard)

Grow and manage your portfolio through SOW, Upsell and Cross sell activities using weekly/monthly and annual KPIs and targets (“farming”)

Proactive churn management

Actively planning / prioritizing of own sales strategy and being able to leverage on portfolio strengths utilizing ABC structure

There will be some opportunity to acquire new business (”hunting”) by seeking referrals through existing portfolio, this is necessary to maintain and hit targets as some churn is inevitable. strong opportunity & pipeline management, business and sales cycle planning

Manage, develop and grow a defined customer portfolio (“farming”)
