Marketing Implementer Slovenia
The incumbent will be a member of Slovenia Mobility Marketing Team and will be responsible for Mobility B2B and B2C Marketing agenda. Position will report to the Marketing Manager Slovenia. The role of Marketing Manager Slovenia is focusing on:

Research & Insights generating

Strategic planning (calendar & budget)

Shell Fuel, NFR, Shell Cards and Services on the Road brands & comm strategy (claims, visuals, etc.).

Identify local market opportunities for growth: local partnerships/sponsorships, integrated offers etc.

Supports deep dive market workshops and identifies opportunities
-
Portfolio Management & NPI leadership (Shell Fuel, NFR, Shell Cards and Services on the Road)
-
Regular competitor activities analysis (B2C and B2B)
-
E2E responsibility for communication strategy and development of promo campaigns (B2B and B2C).

Post Comms Campaign analysis & Effectiveness evaluation

Coordination of Customer journey on forecourt and in online space (CRM, FB, Shell App, Salesforce).

SPnA planning and management, LE control

Purpose
-
Develop winning (competitive and differentiating) Marketing strategies for the Mobility business in Slovenia.
-
Translate this strategy into specific Marketing plans and drive the implementation within cost budgets.

Co-own delivery of T&R and HSSE commitments (together with Marketing Manager SLovenia) in particular through close collaboration with BM Sales Team Lead, B2C Sales & Operations, Network and Fuel Marketing.

Play a key role in the Mobility Marketing Team to guide future business development and deliver the market level business results

Engagement and managing relationships with key external stakeholders such as agencies, press, industry associations, partners

Work closely and constructively with business leads locally, pricing, marketing functions within other business lines and Global Mobility Marketing Team (T&R, CVPs, best practice, etc)
Accountabilities

Proactively lead the HSSE agenda and regulatory compliance

Drive strategy development and delivery

Deliver on the Mobility Marketing scorecard, including NSV and margin targets as well BSP targets
