About Us: Shell Energy B2B Italy provides industrial customers with Gas, Power, and other essential energy products and services. We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Back Office & Customer Care team.
Role Overview: As an intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.聽Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, ensuring accurate entry and maintenance of customer and contract information in our systems.

Documentation Handling: Oversee the entry, validation, and storage of customer contracts, addenda, and related documentation, maintaining proper record management in line with company policies.

Cross-Departmental Coordination: Engage with various departments (sales, pricing, operations, billing, legal, regulatory, and marketing) to ensure the correct setup of customer products and services.

Customer Inquiry Management: Address customer inquiries from different touchpoints, providing timely and appropriate resolutions based on standard procedures and regulatory requirements.

Quality Support: Serve as a quality support for clients, sales, and operations teams, offering accurate information regarding accounts and contracts, and producing standard reports.
