Job TitleSenior Finance SpecialistDepartmentFinance PartTime TypeFull timeRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced accountant to join our finance team in Poznan!Key Responsibilities · Verification and full processing of accounting documents for completeness and compliance with statutory requirements
· Apply a working knowledge of applicable company policies, procedures, laws and regulations related to procurements and business travel
· Managing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), ensuring timely collection of payments and accurate processing of invoices and payments
· Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial closings and audit activities
· Monitoring overdue receivables.
· Participation in the implementation of the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).
· Assisting in the preparation of documentation for auditors and reports for corporate purposes
Requirements · Knowledge of accounting principles - Polish GAAP, IFRS would be nice to have
· Strong data analysis skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Familiarity with business travel settlement regulations.
· Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in settlements and correctly post them to the general ledger.
· Fluent in Polish and English language at a level sufficient to work in an international environment.
· Good self-organization and stress resilience.
· Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
· Experience in a similar position within the SAP system will be an additional asset.
