Together with your HR Support colleagues and HR Business Partner you provide service and information to the management and employees which results in high customer satisfaction because of speed and quality of support.Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate execution of all HR administration activities, including contracts, adherence to guidelines and checklists, and proper setup within relevant systems.

Provide support across various HR processes, including recruitment, sickness absence management, and employee development initiatives.

Act as the first point of contact for operational HR process-related inquiries, such as performance management and competency evaluations.

Prepare monthly reporting for defined HR KPIs as well as ad hoc reporting requests.

Manage Time & Attendance (T&A) administration, reporting, and follow-up activities.

Maintain up-to-date administration within systems related to pensions, health services (Arbo), gym memberships, insurances, Workday, and GHRPS.

Support the monthly payroll process for the Netherlands and six smaller countries.

Assist with performance management cycles, case management, payroll administration, coordination with in-house agencies, and employee exit processes.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR administrative processes.

Support initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture, including social activities and internal newsletters.
Requirements

Education: MBO-4 level
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Administration combined with relevant HR education

Proficient in Dutch and English, both verbal and written
-
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of “Wet Verbetering Poortwachter” (Dutch illness legislation)
