Demonstrable recruiting experience across agency, RPO or Inhouse settingsÂ

Experienced in recruiting across a broad range of disciplines such as (Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Engineering etc) Â

Ability to advise and influence stakeholdersÂ

Disciplined, agile, creative and accountable with a passion for innovationÂ

You understand the importance of driving ATS use and data integrity. Workday experience is desirable but not essentialÂ

What You’ll DoÂ
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full life-cycle recruitment process for designated client groups within Stanley Black & Decker, Europe. You will be based in Poland within commuting distance of our corporate office in Warsaw and will independently deliver against recruiting goals whilst working collaboratively with the wider EMEA ANZ TA team to drive excellence in full cycle of Hiring and TA related projects.  Our Talent Acquisition team identifies top talent for a diverse range of positions from inception through to completion.  You will collaborate with business hiring managers, and HR colleagues and will execute against the recruitment strategy to attract and assess ideal talent for our organization.  We are looking for someone that will seek to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and will be a trusted partner to our stakeholders. Â

Specifically, you will:Â

Independently deliver end to end recruiting primarily across Central and Eastern EuropeÂ

Have the ability to recruit across a broad range of disciplines (Salaried Workers)Â

Proactively focus on ensuring that all positions are advertised on the correct platforms to attract the best possible talentÂ

Support with our EVP, commitment to inclusivity and contribute to positioning Stanley Black & Decker as an Employer of ChoiceÂ

Work directly with hiring managers to provide market intelligence and guidance on the full recruitment processÂ

Ensure that Workday is updated and that candidates are correctly processed through the system as requiredÂ

Engage 3rd party suppliers when required and proactively manage and monitor their performanceÂ

Participate & Support TA projects and ad hoc assignments according to business needs across all of EuropeÂ
