About the job
The S2V Contracting Lead will be responsible for the management of Contracting Services withing GBS organisation to ensure business continuity, continues process improvement & performance monitoring. He/She will facilitate business governance with all involved functions, stakeholders & subject matter experts to ensure key decisions taken on time & alignment of all involved streams (incl. S2V, Legal, Procurement & Business Process Outsourcing team).

S2V Contracting Lead is a permanent internal role
**Responsibilities: **

Set vision, strategy and performance objectives for contracting process

Ensure contracting process enables Opella strategy

Ensure alignment among all related functions & streams on the designed process & on roles & responsibilities in the contracting process

Define organization to support contracting process

Gather and apply best practices & innovations to the contracting stream

Support benchmarking activities and amend process to achieve best in class standards

Improve user experience to allow business to focus on Core business tasks & move fast with the business decisions

Ensure business continuity & delivery of service w/o disruptions

Ensure performance monitoring, service KPIs and dashboards to measure and improve performance

Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and drive standardization of processes to identify functional and cross functional improvements and harmonization

Continues improvement and brining best practices & innovative ideas to build efficient, simple & agile contracting process

Ensure Compliance and Internal Control/ SOX standards are met

With the support of Opella Global BPO manager, oversees BPO provider Contracting Services team to ensure efficient CS support to the Opella users

Effective Stakeholder management, ensuring their needs are met to foster support and project success. It involves cultivating long-term, positive relationships to reduce conflicts and align expectations

Experience in managing outsourced operational team as a plus

Strong problem solving and strategic decision-making skills to resolve issues in a customer oriented manner

Legal degree is required

8-10 years of experience in managing operations teams and contract management scope.

Fluency in English mandatory
