About the Role
This is a global, high-impact role where you will lead the design, governance, and transformation of Cash Application processes within the O2C Core Model. A key focus will be leveraging SAP S/4 capabilities and advanced automation tools to drive simplification, efficiency, and scalability across all regions.
Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, optimisation, and global standardisation of Cash Application processes within the O2C Core Model

Drive automation-led transformation, leveraging tools and SAP S/4 capabilities to simplify and scale operations

Oversee core activities such as incoming payments, AR clearing, and discrepancy resolution

Establish strong governance, audit, and internal controls to ensure adherence to the Core Model

Monitor and improve global process performance, using data insights and dashboards

Lead and contribute to technology implementations and transformation programmes

Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Finance, Digital, and Operations
What We’re Looking For
-
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field

3–6 years of experience in CI2C / O2C, with strong Cash Application expertise

Strong hands-on experience with SAP (preferably S/4), with the ability to leverage system capabilities to drive process excellence
-
Proven experience with automation tools (e.g. HighRadius, Power Automate, Innowera), using them to deliver efficiency and transformation

Experience leading process improvement or digital transformation initiatives

Solid understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills in global environments
