About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Customer & Market Insights Manager to join our CEE team. In this role, you will help shape business and brand strategies by bringing a strong consumer perspective and deep understanding of market dynamics across the region.
You will work closely with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, lead research initiatives, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about consumer behavior, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the business strategic roadmap by providing consumer insights and understanding of CEE market needs in close collaboration with Brand Managers.

Coordinate research activities across the CEE Zone for selected brands and manage cross-brand studies across multiple categories.

Analyze market data, consumer insights, trends, and business information to support strategic decisions and creative development.

Simplify and leverage access to data, insights, and trends to support effective decision-making across teams.

Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic directions to support business planning and execution.

Drive the integration of insights into business strategies and communication development, acting as a consumer advocate throughout the creative process.

Collaborate closely with Shopper, HCP, Performance, and Commercial teams while identifying knowledge gaps and proposing market research plans.
About You

4+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or customer insights, ideally within an international environment.

Previous experience on the research agency side and proven experience managing international research projects.

Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods and the ability to connect data, insights, and trends.

Excellent analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into business and marketing recommendations.

Strong presentation and storytelling skills, including preparation of concise and impactful presentations.

Passion for understanding consumer behavior combined with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.

Fluent written and spoken English and Romanian; experience in OTC, healthcare, or pharma industries is a plus.
