In a nutshell, a platform team is a team that creates the foundational layers and core building blocks of a company’s products. We do not provide direct value to the business, we do, however, support and help all other technical teams to focus on their productivity. The platform team is also here to find ways for multiple teams to work on a cross project that can be reused by all.Â

More concretely a platform can be at different levels of granularity:Â

CI configs and rules to be used by other teamsÂ

IaC, tooling to deploy and monitor resources in the CloudÂ

Development environment, tools and shared librariesÂ

Help and can define global system architecture / securityÂ

Core abstractions (data model, business modeling) API/SDKsÂ

Your key responsibilities will be:

Improve the Developer eXperienceÂ

Lower the technical overhead for squads / podsÂ
-
PoC all things that could bring better standards - then deploy it!Â

Support and help all teams when necessaryÂ

Build various tools in a large pool of environment (cli, libraries, IaC, workflow)Â

Work on everything you think can make the difference!Â

Create documentation / recommendation on how to build Cloud Native solutionÂ

Advocate on the solutions builtÂ
About you
Key Technical Requirements & QualificationsÂ

Experience working on Cloud ProvidersÂ

Good understanding of JavaScript / Node.jsÂ

Experience of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, AWS cdk or any others)Â

Knowledge of building libraries and toolsÂ

Knowledge of complex APIs systems (network, redundancy, security, logging, etc.)Â

Keen to work in a cross team environmentÂ

Help and support other teamsÂ

Knowledge of all transversal activities is a plus (security, optimization, process, etc.)Â

No diploma is required but Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plusÂ

The salary range for this position is :€64,000.00 - €85,333 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
