As the A2R Process Lead (Asset, Cash, Payroll Accounting), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and harmonizing global accounting processes across our GBS hubs. You will drive process excellence, support digital transformation, and ensure compliance while fostering collaboration across regions.

**Requirements **

Proven expertise in end-to-end finance processes, with a focus on Asset, Payroll, and Cash accounting.

Experience leading process improvement or transition projects in a global environment.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and cultures.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Proficient in ERP systems and automation tools; experience with iShift, CEP, Unity, or Epoch is a plus.

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
