About the Role
As a Senior Closing & Reporting Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Accounting-to-Reporting (A2R) team, ensuring accurate financial closing and reporting across EMEA. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams—Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and more—while driving process improvements and mentoring junior accountants. What You’ll Do

Lead monthly GL accounting and closing activities for CHC GBS entities within EMEA

Ensure compliance and accuracy in sub-ledgers, Balance Sheet, and P&L accounts

Prepare corporate and statutory reports on time, delivering insights that matter

Drive process improvements and system enhancements, including SAP S/4HANA optimization

Support audits and internal controls, ensuring SOX and corporate standards are met

Coach and mentor junior accountants, fostering a culture of learning and excellence

Collaborate across functions to streamline operations and enhance user experience
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

5+ years’ experience in finance and accounting operations

Strong knowledge of closing and reporting processes, fixed assets, and lease accounting

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
-
Excellent English communication skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural setting

Proven ability to manage priorities, work independently, and deliver results under pressure
