The Experience
The Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer (MC SE) is part of the Swiss Sales team, partnering with sales, product, and industry specialists to help customers unlock the full value of the Salesforce Agentforce Marketing platform. In this role, you will engage with audiences ranging from operational marketing and IT teams to C-level executives, acting as a trusted advisor who translates complex technology into compelling business outcomes.
We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Solution Engineer who brings deep marketing technology expertise, a passion for storytelling, and a genuine curiosity for innovation in artificial intelligence (AI)-driven customer experiences.
What You'll Actually Be Doing

Work in close partnership with sales teams, partners, and product specialists to plan and deliver on sales campaigns, leading client discovery sessions and workshops that align proposed solutions to customer business challenges and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Present and demonstrate technical solutions to a range of audiences — from technical teams to executive stakeholders — with clarity, confidence, and a focus on business value.

Deliver inspiring presentations and product demonstrations as part of sales cycles and Salesforce events, bringing customer engagements to life through impactful storytelling and content.

Share successes and learnings internally to maximise the impact of every engagement and contribute to continuous improvement within the Solution Engineering team.
You're Our Person If...
-
You have 5 or more years of experience in a Solution Engineering, pre-sales, or Solutions Consulting role, positioning and demonstrating solutions to inspire and transform the customer experience.

You have 5 or more years of experience working in one or more of the following: digital marketing (Business to Consumer (B2C) and/or Business to Business (B2B)), marketing automation, customer data platforms, or AI-driven solutions.

You are fluent in French and English and can engage credibly across all levels of an organisation.

You are an autonomous self-starter who can prioritise effectively, lead independently, and thrive across multiple dynamic teams or solo projects.
Even Better If...

You have hands-on experience with AI tools such as large language models (LLMs) or prompt engineering, and apply them to boost productivity and creativity.

You have technical expertise in one or more of the following: customer data platforms (CDP), loyalty management, real-time personalisation, or analytics.

You have a background in product management or post-sales software implementation.
