We are seeking a Key Account Manager position based on the Cigacice location to join the Sales Offsite Construction / Prefabrication & Modular Construction team.
While the role is formally based in our Cigacice office, given the frequent travel involved, we are open to candidates across Poland, ideally located in major cities with good airport access.

Your future team:
You will join a European team of Key Account Managers, closely collaborating with colleagues based in different locations. The team focuses on developing new business opportunities and building long-term partnerships in the Offsite Construction / Prefabrication & Modular Construction area. This is a proactive, growth-oriented environment where curiosity, teamwork and ownership are key. What you will be doing:

Developing commercial activities in Offsite Construction / Prefabrication & Modular Construction and establishing a client base from zero

Understanding and anticipating customers’ current and future needs and translating them into actionable business opportunities

Proactively identifying, approaching and acquiring new customers in the Offsite Construction / Prefab & Modular Construction

Building and managing strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of customer organizations

Developing and implementing customer / business plans, including clear goals, actions, timelines and ownership

Creating tailored and compelling solutions to address customer challenges in cooperation with internal teams

Managing the full sales cycle – from lead generation, through negotiations and contract management, to after-sales support

Taking responsibility for sales performance, including volume, revenue, margin and customer portfolio development

Forecasting sales development and identifying growth opportunities within accounts

Ensuring high quality of service and maintaining accurate reporting in CRM

Acting as a key link between customers and internal departments to deliver optimized solutions
What you bring:

Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level, both spoken and written – as an international company, we use English in our daily communication

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building industry with customized solutions (OEM)

Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, both externally and internally

Solid business mindset – understanding of financials, sales performance and customer profitability

Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude with strong focus on identifying new business opportunities

Strong organizational and self-management skills with ability to prioritize and deliver results independently

Experience with MS Office, Power BI, and CRM

Curiosity and willingness to develop technical knowledge related to products and applications

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Team player mindset and ability to collaborate across functions
