This is who we are
You will join ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation (RTI), a global subsidiary of the ROCKWOOL Group. You will become part of a highly experienced and dynamic Product Management team responsible for our technical insulation product portfolios for energy, process, marine, and offshore sectors. You will have direct touchpoints across the organization, offering you a broad perspective from innovation and product development, to sales, marketing, communication, supply chain and senior management.

What you will be doing:
As Global Product Manager, you will be responsible for our SeaRox product portfolio and oversee the entire lifecycle of products - from initial idea and development, through launch, to continuous improvement.
Specifically, you will:

Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and risks

Develop and execute product roadmaps in alignment with management team and business strategy

Define, prioritize, and drive development and implementation of new products and solutions in close collaboration with Development and/or Supply Chain.

Lead the go-to-market process and coordinate successful product launches.

Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous optimization to ensure competitiveness of the product portfolio

Ensure that product documents and information are always up to date across systems and platforms in close collaboration with other functions

Be the technical expert, taking an active part in providing product content and reviewing our marketing collaterals

Moreover, you:

Hold a M.Sc. in engineering or a similar technical field, ideally supplemented with commercial education or training

Have several years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Development Manager, or in a similar techno-commercial role within an international B2B company

Are experienced in analysing market trends and competitive landscapes, and translating insights into actionable product or business strategies

Have proven experience in project management and navigating complex, global organisations

Are highly structured, with the ability to balance attention to detail and a strategic, big-picture perspective

Experience from the marine industry is an advantage but not a requirement
-
Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
