What you'll do
As a member of the Project Management Office, you will be part of our international Operations team, supporting the establishment and execution of high impact cross-functional business process, data and change projects. This role requires a proactive, impact-oriented individual who is comfortable navigating a complex organization with minimal guidance and can confidently engage with stakeholders.

**Your key accountabilities are:

You will support the end-to-end delivery of cross functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and providing clear, concise updates to stakeholders.

You will manage the design and implementation of data-driven reporting using PowerBI, creating insightful dashboards and analytics to monitor project performance and inform decision-making.

You will act as the primary liaison between project teams and senior stakeholders, driving communication and alignment on project deliverables and strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for overseeing the tracking of project progress and alignment to project goals alongside producing regular updates to senior stakeholders.

You will support the development and implementation of standardized best practices, templates and governance to ensure consistency across projects.

You will proactively identify and escalate project risks and issues. Supporting stakeholders with mitigation plans and resolution.

Projects could include cross-functional change, software migrations and/or business process.
Why we should decide on you

Successfully completed university studies (e.g., in economics, business, or computer science) or have equivalent professional experience.

At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting or project delivery roles, with a focus on commercial orientated projects within a software, financial services, or technology environment.

Demonstrated expertise in implementing andutilizing data analysis and visualization tools, specifically PowerBI, to drive project success and business insights.

A self-starter mentality, with a proven ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and navigate organizational structures with minimal guidance.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of the organization.

A passion for driving change and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
