About the Role:
As a Team Leader in our logistics center, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all operational processes within your area: Value Added Service (VAS). Together with your team, you make sure that quality and quantity standards are met to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Working Hours: 16 Hours/ Week - Sunday + one day during the week.
Your Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 20–50 employees within the logistics department

Coach, train, and motivate your team to ensure performance and development

Act as the main point of contact for operational and people-related topics

Coordinate and monitor daily operations

Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and report to the Shift Lead or Workflow

Monitor attendance, breaks, and working hours
