Own and steer operational performance using KPIs, ensuring timely corrective actions and sustainable performance improvements.

Ensure full compliance with health & safety, labor regulations, and quality standards (including ISO 9001 and GDP).

Collaborate on and lead logistics projects, including the implementation of new processes or operational concepts.

Provide structured reporting and transparent communication to the (Associate) Director Logistics on performance, risks, and improvement actions.
