About the role:
Join us at an exciting stage of growth where you will shape how marketplace partners are technically onboarded across multiple international markets and product categories. As Team Lead Marketplace Partner Integration, you will play a key role in scaling our seller onboarding experience while driving automation, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly international environment.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on stakeholder management. You will work closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success teams while helping us prepare for the next chapter of our marketplace journey.
About your tasks:

Lead, mentor, and develop a Technical Integration / Seller Onboarding team of 8 people, providing clear guidance, structured coaching, and continuous upskilling opportunities while setting goals, defining ownership, and building scalable team structures for long-term success

Drive the strategic evolution of technical seller onboarding with a focus on scalability, automation, quality, and operational excellence

Use KPIs, business reviews, and performance reporting to identify growth opportunities and steer strategic initiatives with measurable impact

Own the seller onboarding experience (NPS) from a high-level perspective and prioritize initiatives that create the strongest business value

Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success to improve processes end-to-end and enable sustainable marketplace growth
