About the role:
As a Digital Account Manager (Retail Media), you drive commercial growth for our Retail Media business in Belgium. You build relationships with Consumer Health Care and Beauty & Personal Care brands, identify new opportunities, and translate client objectives into tailored Retail Media proposals. Working at the intersection of e-commerce, digital advertising and data, you collaborate closely with Campaign Management and internal experts to build campaigns that deliver measurable results and help brands grow on Farmaline.
About your tasks:

Build and strategically grow a high-quality pipeline with existing clients and new prospects, driving sustainable revenue expansion.

Create compelling, data-driven proposals and media plans across sponsored products, onsite display and programmatic solutions, tailored to client objectives.

Lead negotiations for commitments and campaign packages and bring deals to signature with a clear value-driven approach.

Ensure a seamless handover to Campaign Management and remain actively involved in performance reviews to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Proactively identify upselling and growth opportunities through structured quarterly business reviews.
