About the role:
As an聽App CRM Manager (m/f/d), you will play a聽key role in聽shaping customer engagement聽and retention聽for聽the聽Redcare聽App across international markets. You will act as the**聽technical and strategic expert**聽for聽push聽notifications and in-app communication, enabling teams to run聽high-quality campaigns聽while stepping in**聽hands-on for complex or cross-market聽**use cases聽when needed.聽
Working closely with聽Product, Engineering聽and Marketing聽teams,聽you will help build a聽scalable,聽reliable聽and data-driven mobile CRM setup聽and actively contribute to improving聽app engagement and retention聽across Redcare鈥檚 app ecosystem.聽

**About your tasks:聽**

**Design push notifications and in-app communication聽strategies聽**for the Redcare App, including聽product ownership of the app CRM tool聽(e.g.聽CleverTap聽/聽Leanplum) and聽its聽technical setup and roadmap聽

Enable and support marketing teams聽in planning and聽executing in-app and push campaigns;聽take hands-on ownership聽for聽complex, technical or cross-market use cases聽when needed聽

Act as the聽app CRM expert and聽central interface聽between聽Marketing, Product, Engineering,聽Data聽and external partners聽

Work closely with**聽Product and Tech聽on mobile CRM topics聽**such as聽event tracking, data structures, consent and opt-in logic,聽feature聽integrations,聽QA聽and SDK updates聽

Develop and test**聽app retention strategies and promotions**聽together with product and marketing teams聽

Define聽standards, best practices,聽templates聽and documentation聽to ensure聽consistent quality and efficient execution聽across markets聽

Own reporting and聽KPI frameworks聽(e.g. delivery, engagement, retention, conversion) and support teams with聽insights and optimization recommendations聽

**Monitor聽**market, technology and competitive trends聽in mobile CRM and app engagement and translate them into聽actionable improvements
