The Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Finance Operations & Tax Analyst to join our Finance team.
This is a unique early-career opportunity for someone interested in building a long-term career in international tax and finance operations within a global technology and streaming company.
Working closely with the Tax Manager and wider Finance team, you will gain hands-on exposure to VAT and tax compliance, finance operations, procurement processes, ERP systems, and cross-functional business support across multiple European markets.
This role is designed as a strong learning and development opportunity. We are not looking for someone who already knows every process or regulation — we are looking for someone curious, organised, proactive, and eager to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing

Support international VAT and tax compliance processes across multiple European markets

Assist with tax reconciliations, reporting, and finance operations activities

Help manage compliance deadlines, documentation, and coordination with external advisors

Support procurement and purchase order workflows through internal finance systems

Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams on day-to-day business processes

Assist with month-end activities, reporting, and finance process improvements

Gain hands-on exposure to ERP systems, operational finance, and cross-functional projects

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field

0–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Audit, or related areas

Internship or early-career experience in finance or accounting is a plus
-
Exposure to ERP or finance systems is helpful but not required

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Professional working proficiency in English required

Spanish is a plus
