YOUR MISSION

Act as internal consultant for Global Operations and wider PUMA organization
-
Lead individual Global Operation initiatives as directed by COO and Senior Director Head Office & Programs, ensuring timely implementation in alignment with overarching corporate strategy

Contribute to development of Global Operations strategic narrative and its break-down into concrete targets and supporting initiatives
-
Adopt - jointly with key experts within Global Operation functions - a holistic metrics framework to identify focus areas and steer decisions in Global Operations

Prepare COO & Global Operations leadership communications to increase transparency of strategic direction and better engage the organization
-
Drive executive-level presentations and reports to communicate current business performance and strategic initiatives to key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., SVB meetings, internal milestone meetings etc.).
YOUR TALENT
-
6-10 years of relevant working experience in management consulting firm or Strategy/ Program Management/ Business Development roles in established corporations

Experience with fields in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management or Technology is a plus
-
Proven ability to lead complex strategic transformative programs and projects

Strong business acumen and understanding of the broader business context in the sporting goods industry
-
Strong qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills, identifying key issues and developing effective solutions
-
Very strong communication skills towards senior management

Experience with Power BI is a plus
-
Highly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports.
