We're looking for a聽Delivery Lead聽who combines architect-level technical expertise, team leadership experience, and strong client-facing skills. You'll be responsible for ensuring successful delivery across projects in the Business Unit- from technical pre-sales to solution design and execution.
You'll work closely with engineering teams, shaping solutions, guiding implementations, and building trusted relationships that support long-term success.
Your work will be focused on the following:

Lead architecture, planning, and execution across multiple projects within the Business Unit scope.

Be the technical voice in customer meetings- support sales, validate needs, and translate them into viable solution approaches.

Guide and mentor delivery teams, removing blockers and keeping focus on delivery.

Create people's development plans, knowing the technology trends, needs and creating individual plans for people according to the technologies and competencies needed in the Unit.聽

Ensure engineering quality, architectural soundness, and scalability of delivered solutions.

Oversee project health across the lifecycle- onboarding, execution, and ramp-down.

Align delivery practices with business goals- balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.

Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
