Your mission
**Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion **
Within DMPC (Medical Management and Patient-Consumer Relationship) Business Unit, and more specifically within the Medical Omnichannel Excellence department, we are recruiting a Medical Omnichannel Content Manager Oncology.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Medical Omnichannel Content Manager plays a key role in translating medical strategies into omnichannel journeys for healthcare professionals. They define and orchestrate the activation of all available channels to deliver key messages. They produce and manage the HCP Journey content end-to-end so that it is ready for activation. With a data-driven approach, they report on content and channel performance analysis to optimize the impact of medical communications.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate the key messages from the medical communications platform into journeys for healthcare professionals (physicians and pharmacists), integrating all available channels (field, digital, congresses, emails, etc.).
Produce medical content intended for healthcare professionals, including managing the external agencies involved in content creation (briefing, review, budget, timelines, etc.), and initiate the appropriate approval process.
Carry out pre-approval checks to ensure the content provided is scientifically accurate and aligned with the medical strategy.
Orchestrate the activation of healthcare professional journeys within the corporate cross-functional medical–marketing team, in collaboration with the Medical Digital & Activation Managers.
Roll out “ready-to-adapt” content around the healthcare professional journey for activation by local in-country medical teams.
Define and monitor key performance indicators for execution (number of content pieces, localization rate in countries, etc.), engagement (participation and interaction rates, etc.), and impact on healthcare professionals’ clinical practice.
Gather and analyze data on healthcare professionals’ content preferences in coordination with medical teams, in order to define and improve omnichannel strategies.

Education
Scientific background (Pharmacist, M.D., PhD, Engineer, etc.).
Experience
5+ years of experience in medical affairs or marketing.
Proven professional experience in designing content strategies for healthcare professionals.

Excellent knowledge of the information environment in which doctors and pharmacists work and their preferences (services / websites / conferences)
Master the HCP’s journey, information needs, role, and credibility of the various contact points
Managing Content Creation Agencies
Ability to formulate powerful messages and synthesize knowledge
Management of cross-functional projects
Compliance in medical affairs
Language Skills
Fluent English.
Behavioral Skills
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partnerse
