Job Title
Software Sourcing & Operations Analyst
Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Hands-on operational role responsible for running day-to-day SHUB activities for BOM software vendors. This person keeps the operational engine running: remediating components in BOMs, ensuring master-data hygiene, triaging incoming software requests from product teams, and designing/operationalizing GenAI agents and automation to accelerate tasks and reduce manual effort.
You are responsible for
-
Remediation of components: Lead remediation work for BOM/software components — investigate exceptions, correct mappings, route for approvals, and close issues in the system.
-
Data hygiene & vendor master: Own vendor-master hygiene and SKU/12NC upkeep for BOM software suppliers. Maintain records, enforce vendor onboarding steps, and ensure PO-before-activation rules are followed.
-
Triage new software requests: Act as the first line for new software requests from product teams: intake, validate against standards, prioritize and assign to the right approval path.
-
GenAI & automation: Develop, test and operate GenAI agents / automation scripts/templates that accelerate mapping, metadata extraction from supplier docs, PO quality checks, and QBR/pack generation. Continuously improve agent prompts, accuracy and integration into the workflow.
-
PO quality and remediation: Run daily/weekly PO quality checks, triage exceptions, coordinate with Procurement BPOs and BU Finance for fixes.
-
Shadow-spend discovery & reporting: Use tooling and product/BOM data to find ungoverned software commitments and feed findings to remediation.
-
Operational documentation & runbooks: Create and maintain lifecycle mini-runbooks, SOPs, agent playbooks, and knowledge articles for SHUB operations.
-
Stakeholder coordination: Work with product engineering, Business Units, Procurement BPOs and Finance to resolve operational issues and escalate complex cases.
-
Metrics & dashboards: Keep operational dashboards up to date (PO quality, remediation SLAs, data-hygiene scores, agent accuracy metrics).

Strong operational discipline: vendor master data, PO remediation, procurement process awareness.
-
Advanced Excel and comfort with Power BI/Tableau; experience with ERP/Procurement systems (Ariba/Windchill/SAP/ServiceNOW).
-
Ability to read and make sense of BOMs and supplier documentation; strong data-cleaning skills.

Excellent prioritisation and triage capability; strong written and verbal communication.
Desired qualifications
