Job Description
As a Service Product Manager (Education & Partners) within MR Services, you are responsible for defining detailed product, software, and service requirements based on customer insights and market trends. You drive product strategy and lifecycle management for professional services, with a focus on education and indirect channels, ensuring alignment with portfolio marketing strategies and long-term business objectives. Working under limited supervision, you play a key role in enabling go-to-market success, ensuring compliance, and delivering value through strong cross-functional collaboration.
Your role:

Develop and maintain value propositions and business cases, ensuring clear communication of benefits and alignment with strategic objectives, while taking accountability for business case development and realization.

Define and develop detailed product, software, and lifecycle specifications aligned with portfolio marketing strategies and customer needs.

Take accountability for commercial performance, installed base growth, and technical simplicity, including developing claims (clinical, economic, technical) roadmaps and plans.

Execute the claims roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, prioritizing validated claims based on market trends, regulatory requirements, and customer insights.

Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), leveraging their insights to strengthen product strategy, credibility, and market positioning.

Collaborate with regional cross-functional teams to guide channel strategies and develop robust go-to-market plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

Evaluate market performance using analytics and insights, identifying trends and adjusting strategies to enhance competitiveness and product success.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle in close collaboration with regulatory and quality teams.

Support the development of testing protocols to ensure accurate and reliable evaluation of products, services, and processes.

Manage the full product development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with objectives.

Monitor product performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and technological developments to inform strategic decisions.
You’re the right fit if:

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.

You bring minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or related areas.

You have foundational knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM/PDLM), new product introduction, and service or solution development.

You demonstrate strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and business acumen, with the ability to translate customer and market insights into actionable product strategies.
