Job Description
As a Service Marketing Manager within MR Services, you are responsible for implementing service marketing strategies and plans to develop and promote propositions based on strong customer, consumer, and people insights. You play a key role in bringing customer centricity into the organization and oversee activities such as market research, marketing communications, proposition development, and activation. You measure effectiveness and continuously adapt marketing and go-to-market strategies to meet business priorities while leading and developing a team of marketers.
Your role:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans tailored to key customer segments, aligned with business and sales priorities across the portfolio.

Drive customer, consumer, and people centricity by leveraging insights to shape propositions, communications, and marketing strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment within the integrated planning cycle and adapt strategies to long-term business objectives.

Lead demand generation strategies and campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing targeting, engagement, and conversion rates.

Oversee and coordinate marketing activities for product launches and promotions, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.

Drive audience-based activation and omni-channel marketing, enabling effective global and local campaign execution.

Foster engagement through digital communities, events, advisory boards, and customer interactions, maintaining a strong persona-driven approach.

Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction by identifying improvement opportunities and executing targeted initiatives.

Represent the voice of the customer and ensure effective execution of marketing plans at global and local levels.

Lead lifecycle communication in close collaboration with Product Managers to ensure consistent and impactful customer engagement.

Manage and develop a team of marketers, setting direction, priorities, and goals while driving performance and talent development.
You’re the right fit if:

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management, or a related field.

You bring minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketing Research, Brand Management, Campaign Management, or related areas.

You have strong expertise in campaign management, brand management, and omnichannel customer engagement, ideally within B2B, B2C, or healthcare environments.

You demonstrate strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven marketing capabilities to drive business impact.
