Job Description
As a SSD Expert for Installed Base, you have the opportunity to provide operational support to our healthcare customers on a daily basis, by taking the lead in process knowledge and improvements across Installed Base scope.
Your role:

Main point of contact support for Installed Base process among all Services Teams and Zones.

Supports specialists with complex tasks, ensuring compliance of the processes, training delivery, acting as key user for main operating systems, assists with reporting and analytics.

Reports system bugs to the technical team support leaders in raising access requests for required technology used in the owned process.

Analyzes complex Installed Base data to ensure accuracy and identify any inconsistencies, utilizing advanced methodologies to maintain data integrity, working under general supervision.

Executes automated processes for the generation and maintenance of Installed Base records, ensuring alignment with validated data sources and industry standards.

Implements strategies to improve the accuracy and efficiency of Installed Base management processes, continuously seeking opportunities for optimization.

Evaluates and validates product Change Requests by conducting in‑depth reviews, ensuring they meet all regulatory and quality requirements before implementation.

Tracks the performance of Installed Base management systems, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to prevent data inaccuracies.

Documents all processes, changes, and updates related to Installed Base management, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.

Provides guidance and support to other team members and departments, leveraging specialist knowledge to resolve complex issues related to Installed Base data.

Conducts regular reviews and audits of Installed Base records, ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Troubleshoots and resolves advanced issues within the Installed Base management system, applying specialized knowledge to minimize downtime and maintain data accuracy.

Ensures that all Installed Base processes adhere to the latest regulatory and quality guidelines, implementing changes and updates as required to maintain compliance.

Acts as the primary point of contact for trade partners, addressing inquiries and concerns, engaging with them to understand their needs, and delivering tailored support.

Serves as the key user and designated train‑the‑trainer for the Trade Partner Support function, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and proficiency in support processes and tools across the team.

Resolves all issues with systems and applications, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of technical problems to maintain seamless operations and support.
You're the right fit if:

You have at least 2-3 years of experience within Services department at Philips within Installed Base process

Bachelor's degree
-
You know English language on min. C1 level
-
You have an analytical mind
-
You have advanced knowledge of Excel, SAP, Service board and Salesforce
-
You always keep a high standard of communication

You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
