Job Description
Your role:

Applies advanced and wide-ranging knowledge and varied concepts to ensure best in class business capabilities (data, process, org/people, technology) to drive process and execution excellence for complex requests in the respective domain and ensures that business and compliance requirements are defined for the respective processes in scope to drive simplification, performance and adoption/adherence to common standards where possible and valuable, while working under limited supervision.

Defines domain capability roadmap based on prioritization from Business Units/Regions and compliance requirements.

Guides the definition of a complex business capability that represents voice of customer, Business Units, Regions, Functions, regulators, and other key stakeholders for both shared and standard processes and defines the minimum standard for a process and hand-over strategy to BUs/Regions for guided flexible processes.

Helps to co-create a Fit-For-Purpose E2E complex process by modelling in the Process Framework, ensures alignment with the supporting IT applications, data model and job families incl. relevant process KPI’s and compliance controls for standard and shared processes and Co-creates training materials for the end-user training.

Facilitates the design of the minimum level of standard for a process and hand-over to BUs/Regions, including Process Guardrails for guided flexible processes.

Serves as the primary liaison between departments to ensure collaboration and alignment among stakeholders in implementing process initiatives.

Develops and maintains dashboards to monitor process health and report progress to leadership, highlighting successes and improvement areas.

Facilitates training and develops resources to ensure consistent understanding and adoption of processes across the organization.

Handles IT solution development projects and in software validation process, developing testing scenarios as part of UAT and validation (as appropriate) to ensure the business capabilities can be executed by the target user group.

Ensures change management, business go-live readiness (including trainings) and Process readiness in local MS/QMS during the deploy phase for standard and shared processes, monitoring of the capability during deployment particularly as part of lead deployment to ensure all elements of the design work as expected and incorporate feedback into the capability and training design before mass deployment.

Ensures deployment of minimum level of standard processes to BU/Region, including process guardrails for guided flexible processes.

Establishes an accurate capability performance and adoption reporting in their domain, with reference to relevant targets.

Drives changes within the Process Framework, ensuring alignment across tools, data models, job descriptions, training, procedures, and work instructions and collaborates with Design Reference Group (DRG) and/or Change Control Board (CCB)to monitor and manage change requests, ensuring ongoing capability development meets evolving business requirements.

Applies industry best practices such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile to enhance efficiency of business capabilities and guides diverse talent to achieve individual and team goals, fosters professional growth and drives overall success.
You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent
-
3–5+ years experience in Finance or related domain, combined with process improvement, project, or change management
-
Strong hands‑on SAP FICO experience (ECC and/or S/4HANA)

Solid understanding of end‑to‑end Industry Finance processes

Experience supporting SAP go‑lives, rollouts, or major enhancements
-
Proven stakeholder, change, and performance management skills
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with SAP FICO configuration or implementations
-
Lean Six Sigma (or similar) certification
-
Experience in regulated or global environments
