Job Description
The Sales Excellence Manager is a global role accountable for shaping, standardizing, and continuously improving Sales Excellence capabilities across regions. The role acts as the global owner of Sales Excellence processes and tooling, drives measurable adoption in the field, and serves as a strategic partner to Regional Sales Excellence and Sales Enablement leaders to improve sales effectiveness, productivity, and execution quality at scale.
Your role:

Drive global Sales Excellence impact by owning standards for sales processes, methodologies, KPIs, dashboards, and performance management cadence, aligned with Commercial Strategy & Performance priorities.

Work closely with Regional Sales Excellence leaders and Sales leadership to translate global standards into practical field execution and sustained adoption.

Partner with Sales Enablement, including the Sales Training Manager, to shape and govern Sales Training Certification (license-to-sell), ensuring strong linkage between training, process adherence, and sales performance.

Continuously simplify sales ways of working, increase customer-facing time, and enable best-practice sharing across regions to support professional growth and career development within the role.

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or similar roles, preferably in a global or matrix environment.

You bring strong skills in sales processes, CRM platforms, analytics, and digital or AI-enabled sales tools, with the ability to translate technology into practical field adoption and impact.

You are a proactive change agent with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate effectively across regions and functions.

Fluent in English
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
