Regional Supply Chain Leader CT&DXR
Job Description
Your role:
BU Unit Ownership
-
Act as primary ISC partner for the BU CT & DXR (RBUL and ISC) within the International Region.

S&OP: Facilitate and inform (data collection, insights, evaluation) of BU monthly OIT/REV/Dem plan submission.
-
Maximize BU revenue in the region through problem solving and trade offs between zones (via S&OP and S&OE).
-
Own service, cost, and inventory delivery for BU in the region.
-
Represents ISC in the Regional BU MPRs.
Regional Integration & Execution
-
Deploy BU supply strategy across the International Region.
-
Partner with Zone ISC teams and zone CPMs to drive deployment of S&OE and order book quality (Order Unity).

Lead demand-supply balancing and short-term S&OE actions.
-
Drive revenue realization and resolve key delivery risks.
-
Drive improvements with Fulfilment, IWD, and Logistics to ensure execution quality.

(Business Analyst) Performance management analytics platform development (Financial Performance including Risk and Upside Management).

(Business Analyst) Forecasting models for all businesses and link it back to OIT planning.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

Align BU and IR priorities through strong governance rhythm.

Advise on realistic yet ambitious targets based on zone trends, historical performance and product mix

Orchestrate and manage risks and opportunities in forecast assumptions to support decision-making and execution
-
Partner with Zone ISC, Zone CPMs, Finance, Commercial, and Order Management to drive decisions.

Chair regional BU performance reviews and monitor KPIs.

Promote cross-functional collaboration and issue transparency.
People Leadership & Capability Development
Multi-layered capability spanning data engineering, advanced analytics, and deep business architecture understanding
You're the right fit if:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or Supply Chain Management preferred
-
9+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, Demand Planning, Revenue Operations, Industrialization, Planning, or Manufacturing within a complex, global, matrixed organization
-
Required experience in Supply Chain as in one of the International Region Zones
-
Proven record of end-to-end supply chain leadership, including demand planning, inventory optimization, order fulfillment, and revenue delivery at the regional or business unit level.

Demonstrated success in leading multi-node, multi-region supply chain networks with deep understanding of planning, sourcing, production, logistics, and customer delivery flows.
-
Prior accountability for cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Project Management, and Manufacturing in a matrixed structure.

Strong track record in governance, KPI management, and operational excellence programs, focusing on metrics like Revenue, Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Demand, DEFOA, inventory turnover

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
