Product Marketing Director Interventional Cardiology
Job Description
As Product Marketing Director for Interventional Cardiology, you will drive the global growth and performance of Philips’ IGTS Cardiology business. You will turn market insights into strategy, lead marketing execution, and deliver measurable commercial impact in a fast-moving, international environment.
Your role

Translate global segment strategy into a clear, actionable marketing plan across regions.

Lead execution of the marketing plan globally and regionally, working closely with product managers and regional teams.

Ensure strong alignment across regions on priorities, messaging, and execution, while adapting to local market needs.

Orchestrate product launches and New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring readiness and consistency.

Monitor segment performance using KPIs and key business and marketing metrics.

Own post-launch tracking and ensure business cases are delivered and optimized.

Identify performance gaps and lead cross-functional teams to implement effective improvement actions.

Continuously refine the marketing plan based on insights, ensuring the right tools, content, and training are in place.

Drive collaboration across marketing, product management, and regional sales teams to enable commercial success.
You're the right fit if you have

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or similar roles in a global, matrix organization.

Strong experience with Interventional Cardiology, with solid business development and analytics capabilities.

Proven success in performance management, product launches, and cross-regional collaboration.

Experience in Image Guided Therapy or the medical systems industry.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence in a complex matrix environment.

Experience working with customers and key opinion leaders.

Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance marketing productivity and insights.

A data-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-through.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
