Job Description
The Process Support Specialist in Procurement Process Excellence is responsible for executing the standardized and harmonized business process to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of procurement user requests.
Your role:

Oversee daily process activities to ensure smooth and timely request flow across systems and stakeholders

Identify opportunities for automation, optimization and efficiency gains within existing workflows.

Collaborate with digital and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement automation solutions.

Support testing, validation, and rollout of new tools and automated functionalities.

Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve process issues and ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management or related field.

Experience in process management, operations, or shared services is an asset.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Demonstrate a positive attitude and reliability
